Hello, my name is Raymond Duggan and I am a Big Issue vendor in Immingham. Over the year, I’ve faced significant medical challenges, including heart failure, kidney injury, liver and gallbladder issues, and life-threatening hospital admissions in 2025. Despite these challenges, I remain independent, mobile, and committed to raising awareness about health emergencies and medications.
I am also trained to Level One Paramedic standards through St John Ambulance and the Armed Forces, which gives me the knowledge to understand my conditions, manage medications safely, and educate others about emergency care.
